Action on your feedback

– YOU will notice that some 10-week courses are Part 2 (continuation of your current class) and others are Part 1 for people wanting to start a new course in the new year.
– WE also have courses which will only be fully advertised on the website if there is enough demand; this will avoid too many cancellations leaving students disappointed. You will find these on the website but without an enrolment option; get in touch with us if you are interested.
WE have purchased new equipment to enhance your classroom experience: 2 new projectors, new sets of speakers and a laptop- there should be enough of these to be used in each room, at any time. We are also planning on buying 2 or 3 tablets in the new Year.
 – A very small number of students mentioned the stairs in OES. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it and hiring more rooms off-site is expensive and would mean putting the prices up. However, if for health reasons you can’t climb the stairs, let us know so we can find alternative accommodation for you.
– WE always strive to improve our services to you and welcome your feedback. Sometimes we can’t reply to e-mails or phone calls straight away as there are only two of us running TLC and we have other programmes to run off-site so we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding.
 – Your chance to earn some money! We will pay you 5% of any contract we secure with a company you have introduced us to! This could be £100s if it’s a large contract…
– We are looking for volunteers with expertise in administration, finance and marketing. Please get in touch if you can help
– We are also looking for 2 Trusteeswith a background in Finance/Accountancy and Marketing. The Board meets 4 times a year + ad hoc meetings
