Our classes focus on speaking, understanding, pronunciation and cultural awareness. However, syntax, grammar, reading and writing are just as important and will be integrated in the coursework.

Note: you will only hear from us if your course is cancelled or postponed. If you don’t hear from us, just turn up for your class on the day at time advertised. All our courses are run by qualified, experienced tutors. We follow the programme set by The British Council to offer you the most relevant classes whether you plan to sit an examination or not.

The sessions concentrate largely on communication and accuracy on all four skills although oral communication will play a large part during the sessions

You will be expected to do work outside class to consolidate your learning. 

Although we do no not offer examinations ourselves, we work closely Trinity College, the only Government-backed Testing Centre in Newcastle which offers all types of examinations and test.

We follow the programme set by the British Council from A1 (Beginners) to C1/C2 (Advanced)
